The Riverview Estates Active Adult clubhouse, located in the center of the community will be for the exclusive use of the residents of the Active Adult Community. The meticulously designed clubhouse will provide a central meeting place for a myriad of activities. Some of the interior features will include an equipped fitness center, a card room, a billiard room and a cozy library to cuddle up with a good book and or an intimate discussion. There will also be a large multi-purpose room to provide social interaction for larger social and community get-togethers.
Of course the Riverview Estates overall community recreational facilities will also be available for use by the Active Adult residents. The community clubhouse will be an ideal place for neighbors to gather, while enjoying the recreational opportunities including an outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts to provide warm-weather fun and relaxation without ever having to depart from this idyllic Riverview Estates Community.
