We hope this message finds you and your loved ones healthy and safe. As we continue to evolve during these times, we want you to know that we have taken extra precautionary measures to make sure your visit with us is as safe as possible. We are following state and local guidelines as well as direction from the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. Effective as of March 1, 2021:
- All showings are to be held by appointment only. Please call or email us to schedule.
- All visitors must wear a mask/face covering when visiting inside one of our facilities in addition to social distancing; reasonable accommodations for an alternative can be made for those who require it.
We offer beautiful homesites with plenty of personal space to enjoy inside and outside, making your time at home a dream come true. Our Energy Star and Green Built homes are also already certified for healthy living with increased air filtration and energy saving features.
The crisis has been the greatest hardship we have faced as a company and a family. We can’t thank you enough for sticking with us.
