Quick Delivery Homes

When you need your new home as quickly as possible, our quick delivery homes are the ideal solution for occupancy in a fraction of the time. We construct a few homes every year on speculation, which allows us to provide you with a pre-built luxury home that’s ready for move-in. Although many of the big steps are already done, you still get to choose many of the final fixtures and features to match your personal style.

Whether you’re a first-time homeowner, ready to upgrade to a new home, in need of more space for your growing family or ready to downsize with a first-floor master suite, we offer a wide range of home model designs to choose from. We have four tiers to meet a variety of needs and tastes, including:

Easy Living Series

Our Easy Living Series features downstairs master suites, which are convenient for older family members or those with limited mobility. All three models in this series include two-car garages and laundry rooms on the lower level.

•           Plan A features an eat-in kitchen and large living area in a 1,995-square-foot model with an optional deck.

•           Plan 9 measures 2,380 square feet with three bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, and separate formal dining room.

•           Plan 2 is the largest at 2,795 square feet, which includes four bedrooms, a loft, and up to two bathrooms upstairs.

Simplicity Series

Quality-built homes for families that don’t need a basement  are offered at Riverview Estates. There are two floor plans in this series, but both plans include three-car garages and plenty of extras.

•           Plan A features a two-story home with 2,203 square feet of living space intended for smaller families.

•           Plan 1 is similar in layout and design but has 2,478 square feet, allowing for larger bedrooms for larger families.

Classic Series

Each plan features an open floor plan with extra room downstairs perfect for entertaining, plus spacious kitchens and family rooms. Both models include a two-car garage, a flex room, and up to four bedrooms.

•           Plan A has 2,377 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, as well as an attic for storage or conversion to a fourth bedroom.

•           Plan 2 is larger with 3,002 square feet of space, four bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and a porch for added curb appeal and outdoor living space.

Traditional Series

All models in the Traditional Series are great for multigenerational or traditional households and feature room for three cars and options for up to four bedrooms. Choose from five floor plans with varying amounts of living space based on your needs.

•           Plan 1 offers 2,478 square feet

•           Plan 2 offers 2,751 square feet

•           Plan 3 offers 2,821 square feet

Energy Efficient Ratings

Segal & Morel went green more than a decade ago, because energy-efficient homes help the environment and your bank account. Our energy-efficient homes are tested and certified by the Environmental Protection Agency to be  around 20  percent more energy efficient than standard construction. Keeping with Energy Star ratings, our homes feature tight construction and ducts, Energy Star appliances and lighting, rainwater collection systems, tankless water heaters, effective insulation systems, efficient heating and cooling equipment and high-performance windows.

Green Building Program

We’ve earned the Green Certified mark issued by the NAHB Research Center. Since 2010, every single-family home at Riverview Estates have been certified green to minimize environmental impact. We utilize green building initiatives that incorporate environmental and resource efficiency into every step of the construction process.
