The Easy Living Series

The Easy Living Series is perfect for those interested in an empty nest home or active adult living, multigenerational families, or anyone who wants convenience and comfort at their fingertips. Each floor plan in this series features a master suite and laundry room on the first floor. This makes getting around easy for older residents and those with limited mobility and parents don’t have to run up and down stairs to do laundry while cooking dinner or keeping an eye on the kids. Living areas can be modified to make rooms larger or smaller, and upgrades like a finished basement provide plenty of room for sleepovers or entertaining friends and family. All models in this series feature two-car garages as well.

Plan A Easy Living – An eat-in kitchen, large living area, and foyer are highlights of the 1,995-square-foot Plan A model. These homes come with an unfinished attic and upgrades such as outdoor decks are available.

Plan 2 Easy Living At 2,795 square feet, Plan 2 is the largest model in the Easy Living Series. It offers four bedrooms, a loft area, and up to two baths on the second floor.

Classic Series

If your family needs more space downstairs for entertaining, the Classic Series may work for you. With a two-car garage, eat-in kitchen, flex room, and up to four bedrooms, both models are great for growing families or parents who work from home.

Plan A Traditional Classic – With 2,377 square feet of space, three finished bedrooms, and two baths upstairs, this versatile model also features an attic that can be converted to a fourth bedroom or office.

Plan 2 Traditional Classic – With 2,694 square feet, this model offers two upstairs baths, four finished bedrooms, and a porch that adds fabulous outdoor living space and curb appeal.

Traditional Series

Models in the Traditional Series feature space for separate one-car and two-car garages or a single three-car garage. Several designs in this series work well for multi-generational households and families with teenage drivers or adult children living at home.
